Fostering animals is not the only way you can help. If you are not in a position to provide foster care, there are many other ways to help. Give of your time:
- Foster-caring
- Dog walking
- Puppy Training
- Publicity / Advertising of animals needing homes
- Fundraising activities
- Photographing new arrivals
- Pet-minding so our volunteers can have a break
- Carpet cleaning (especially for the puppy carers!)
- Bathing/Grooming
Best Friends Pet Rescue is always in need of donated items:
- Pet Foods
- Treats
- Bedding
- Chew toys
- Collars & leads of all sizes, ID tags
- Kitty litter
- Doggie clean-up bags
- Flea control products
- Worming tablets
- Shampoo & conditioner, brushes, nail clippers
- Secondhand towels and blankets
- Cash donations are used to pay for veterinary care, buy needed food and other supplies, and meet transport costs
And most importantly: Spread the word about responsible pet ownership!
