Why do we ask all these questions?
Each animal’s temperament, as well as its breed’s inherited tendencies, are different. At Best Friends Pet Rescue, we do our best to match adoptive families to the pet that is suited to their expectations, lifestyle, activity levels, and the like. This helps reduce the chances that this pet will end up unwanted or homeless again, because the most common reasons given for taking a dog to the pound include unsuitable accomodation/moving into a rental that doesn’t allow pets, lack of time for a dog, and financial difficulties. Please do not feel offended by this application, we want to do our best to ensure that you and your adoptive pet have a long and happy life together!
